
Week Three of Nutrisystem is in the record books. This week was a great week overall. I got in some fat burning workouts and made sure to add more veggies each day. I didn’t realize how little veggies I was eating until I started to focus on them. I am loving what I am learning through Nutrisystem.
- Better Portion Control
- Food Logging
- Foods that have benefits



This week I am going to work on different ways to have said veggies because they honestly do get boring.
Now….for the numbers.
Goal: 50 Pounds Lost
Lost this Week: 2 pounds – total of 10lbs down!
Remaining Goal: 40 Pounds

You go girl… You can do it. Veggies aren’t something that I eat enough either probably! I eat a LOT of meat and carbs…. Not the best thing for you but I LOVE it! haha.
