Pork Rinds are a traditional southern food that are enjoyed by people from all over. My hubby is one of those people, so when I was asked to review Rudolph’s Pork Rinds, of course I said yes. He loves him some pork rinds and the Rudolph’s Pork Rinds did not disappoint him. He tore right into Rudolph’s Bold & Spicy Pork Rinds and has been munching on them for the past three days. He keeps singing “Daddy loves Spicy Pork Rinds” so I’m guessing that is two thumbs up from him! 😉
I on the other hand, was a take ’em or leave ’em type of person when it comes to pork rinds. Until I tasted Rudolph’s Chile & Lime Pork Rinds. Holy crunchy flavor! The flavor is very similar to salsa but baked right in. Yum! Plus, pork rinds are higher in protein and lower in fat than peanuts. With 9 grams of protein, 0 grams of carbs, and 5 grams of fat per serving, they are a great snacking choice!
