Three Easy and Delish Valentine’s Day Desserts

We go together at my parent’s for early Valentine’s Day Lunch. After filling our bellies with plates of spaghetti and cheesy garlic bread we enjoyed some tasty Valentine’s Day Desserts that I had found on Pinterest!

Pinterest is one of my newest time suckers and I L O V E it! I whipped up a total of three treats to share with my lovely family. ;)

First up was the Red Velvet Cheese Ball that I found floating around the pin boards from Taste and Tell. This dessert cheese ball includes ingredients that even the kids love! Vanilla Wafers and Red Velvet Cake Mix are my two favorite parts.

The hubby walked in at this stage and wondered what in the heck I was up to. ;) Little does he know how tasty this turned out! You can get the entire recipe and see Taste and Tell’s finished product here.

Next up was Strawberry Shortcake in a Bowl. I forgot to pin this one because it was so easy to make, problem is, now I can’t link back to where I found it. :( I used Strawberries, Vanilla Pudding, Angel Food Cakes and Whip Cream.

I cut everything down to bite size pieces for layering and put the pudding in a baggie. I snipped of the end to make it easier to layer. My little kitchen helper put the special love in this dish.

YUM-O! I left the Cool Whip as an optional topping as it isn’t a mutual favorite.

Last on the menu were Raspberries Stuffed with Cheesecake from my friend AdventuresOfACouponista. These little babies are to die for!

If you love raspberries and cheesecake you MUST try these. I filled a little baggie with Philadelphia Cheesecake Filling and pumped it inside the raspberries.

I had my Shout Out Cookies in the cupboard thanks to my little Girl Scout. I crushed those up and sprinkled them down on top for crusty taste. This didn’t last long! If you are celebrating in this Valentine’s Day give one of these little goodies a try. Your belly will thank you. ;)
